RahmatMoments operates this website and provides the information, products and services on this site subject to these Terms. Any new features or tools added to the site are subject to these Terms. We may revise or update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Our site is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform used to operate our store.

Some products may be available only online and in limited quantities. We attempt to display colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee your monitor will display colors exactly. We may limit sales to certain customers, regions, or quantities; all product descriptions and pricing are subject to change. Certain products are produced via third-party suppliers; product quality, shipping times, and availability are subject to supplier processes. Please note: Because our items are freshly printed via Direct-to-Garment (DTG) technology, you may notice a slight vinegar scent or off-white residue upon opening. This is a normal part of the eco-friendly printing process and will completely disappear after the first wash.

 

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, account, and payment information. We may cancel or refuse orders we suspect to be fraudulent or placed in violation of these Terms. If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by the email or phone provided.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as-is” without endorsement; we have no control and disclaim liability for third-party tools, content or transactions. Use of optional tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

 

20. International Shipping, Taxes & Duties

If you are ordering from outside the United States, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. RahmatMoments may arrange shipping on your behalf; the recipient is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. Delivery times and customs requirements vary by destination; check with local authorities for details.

 

21. Phone/SMS (Mobile Messaging) Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from RahmatMoments, you consent to receive recurring messages, including order updates and marketing, at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. To opt out, reply STOP to any message or follow instructions in the message. For help, reply HELP or contact support. Participation is not required to make a purchase.

 

22. Photo/Content Copyright Release

By submitting photos, reviews, or other content to RahmatMoments (via email, social media, review, or otherwise), you grant RahmatMoments a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content in any media for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation. You represent that you own the rights to the content and have the authority to grant this license.
Note on Privacy: We respect the privacy of families. While this license allows us to share your user-generated content, we typically request explicit permission before featuring photos of children in paid advertising or major campaigns.

 

23. Electronic Communications

When you use the site or send email to us, you are communicating electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

 

24. Force Majeure

RahmatMoments will not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, government actions, fire, flood, strikes, supplier shortages, or interruptions in shipping and logistics.
